Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using IB Cabs.

1. IB Cabs Role

IB Cabs operates as a platform for matchmaking between customers seeking rental vehicles ("Customers") and fleet providers offering rental services ("Fleet Providers"). IB Cabs solely facilitates the process of connecting Customers with Fleet Providers and does not directly provide cars or assistance during transit.

2. Responsibility of Fleet Providers

Fleet Providers are responsible for providing rental vehicles and any required assistance during transit to Customers. IB Cabs does not assume liability for the provision of cars or assistance during transit. Any issues or disputes regarding the rental service, including but not limited to vehicle quality, maintenance, and customer service, are to be addressed directly between the Customer and the Fleet Provider.

3. Financial Transactions

Financial transactions, including payments for rental services, refunds, and any other related financial matters, are to be cleared directly between the Customer and the Fleet Provider. IB Cabs is not responsible for managing or facilitating financial transactions between parties.

4. Cancellation Policy

  1. A 20% advance payment is required for all online bookings.
  2. The customer will receive a full refund if the customer cancels their booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled duty time.
  3. Bookings canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled duty time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  4. For cancellations made within 24 hours of a booking, no refund will be issued.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By using IB Cabs, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may choose not to use our services.

6. Changes to Terms

IB Cabs reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of IB Cabs after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
